The North-European Energy Cluster (N-EEC) is a joint action initiated by three separate European Union projects in the northern peripheral regions of Europe. The core idea in N-EEC is to gather the strengths and best practices from each ongoing project and create added value by arranging several joint events on energy efficiency and retrofitting of buildings. At the seminar in Reykjavik, experts from research, education, industry and government will focus on energy efficiency in buildings, district heating and heat pumps. In addition, a fourth European project, the H-CHP (funded by NPA) will present their actions.
